Why we exist

People have access to more health information than ever: bloodwork, wearables, body composition reports, VO2max estimates, sleep scores, HRV, training logs, and performance metrics. But having more numbers often creates more confusion.

We bridge that gap by combining strength and conditioning, exercise science, and research-driven coaching to help you translate information into structured training, recovery habits, and sustainable lifestyle strategies.

B&G Wellness Collective was founded by Jon and Lindy Esposito, bringing together data interpretation, exercise science, strength and conditioning, and hands-on coaching experience across a wide range of populations.

Jon Esposito

Data interpretation, exercise science, and human performance

Jon holds a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance and has worked with individuals ranging from the general public to Olympic and professional athletes.

His primary focus is analyzing and interpreting existing health and performance data to identify key signals that can drive meaningful improvements in strength, endurance, recovery, and long-term health.

His work centers on helping people move beyond raw numbers toward better decisions grounded in physiology and research.

Lindy Esposito

Strength training, women’s health, resilience, and real-world coaching

Lindy brings extensive hands-on coaching experience across life stages and performance levels, including the general public, athletes, actors, and everyday fitness enthusiasts.

She specializes in strength training, pelvic floor health, pre- and post-partum fitness, and back pain recovery and strengthening.

Her approach emphasizes accessible, safe, practical programming that builds confidence, resilience, and long-term physical capacity.
