The Founders
B&G Wellness Collective was founded by Jon and Lindy Esposito, a partnership built on complementary expertise and a shared commitment to thoughtful, evidence-based coaching. Together, they bring over 30 years of combined experience in health, fitness, and human performance.
Jon
Jon holds a Ph.D. in Health and Human Performance and has worked with a wide range of individuals—from the general public to Olympic and professional athletes. His primary focus is on analyzing and interpreting existing health and performance data to identify the key signals that drive meaningful improvements in strength, endurance, recovery, and long-term health.
His work centers on helping people move beyond raw numbers toward informed decisions grounded in physiology and research.
Lindy
Lindy brings extensive hands-on experience working with individuals across all stages of life and performance levels, including the general public, athletes, actors, and everyday fitness enthusiasts. She specializes in strength training, pelvic floor health, and pre- and post-partum fitness for women, as well as back pain recovery/strengthening with an emphasis on building confidence, resilience, and long-term physical capacity for all people.
Her approach ensures that programs are not only practical but also accessible, safe, and aligned with real-world needs.
