Frequently Asked Questions.
Answers about getting started, submitting data, labs and wearables, packages, coaching, remote support, and the scope of B&G Wellness Collective’s services.
Educational and coaching-based. Not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Not sure where to begin?
Start by sending what you already have—labs, wearable trends, training history, body composition, or performance data. We’ll help identify 1–2 useful patterns or priorities first.
The easiest path is usually: submit data first, then choose your next step.
You do not need to know which package is right before getting started. The Start Here flow is designed to help us understand what you already have and point you toward the clearest next step.
How the first step works.
Start with what you already have. We help identify the clearest pattern or priority before asking you to choose a full package.
How do I get started?
Most people should start by sending what they already have—labs, wearable data, training history, body composition, performance testing, or a short summary of their current goal. We’ll help identify 1–2 useful patterns or priorities first. From there, you can decide whether a full Data Review & Blueprint, strategy session, or coaching makes sense.
Do I need recent labs before starting?
No. You can start with wearable data, training history, body composition, performance testing, older labs, or a simple written summary of your current routine and goals.
Do I have to pay before submitting data?
No. The Start Here process gives you a lower-friction first step. You can submit what you already have and get 1–2 quick observations before deciding whether a paid review, consultation, or coaching package makes sense.
What happens after I submit my data?
We review your submission and respond with 1–2 useful observations or priorities. That first response may point you toward using the insight on your own, booking a consultation, starting the full Data Review & Blueprint, or considering coaching.
What if I am not sure what to submit?
Send what you have. A wearable summary, lab panel, recent training log, body composition report, or short goal summary is enough to begin. The goal is not perfect data; the goal is a useful first step.
What we can review.
We look at your data in context instead of treating each number or device metric in isolation.
What kind of data can I upload?
You can upload lab work, wearable trends, training history, body composition reports, VO₂max or performance testing, nutrition context, or a written summary of your current goal and routine.
Which wearables do you work with?
We can work with common wearable data from Oura, Garmin, Apple Watch, WHOOP, Fitbit, Polar, and similar tools. The device matters less than the trend, context, and how the data connects to your goals.
Do I need perfect data?
No. Most people do not have perfect data. We work with what is available and help identify what is useful, what needs context, and what may not be worth overreacting to.
Can you interpret my bloodwork?
We can provide educational, coaching-based interpretation of lab patterns in the context of training, recovery, lifestyle, and goals. We do not diagnose, treat, or replace care from your healthcare provider.
Do you order labs or perform testing?
We do not provide medical diagnosis or treatment. Testing, labs, DEXA, or VO₂max testing may be completed through third-party providers or local facilities when appropriate. Our role is to help determine what may be useful and how results fit into your broader plan.
More data is only useful when it leads to better decisions.
The goal is not to collect every possible metric. The goal is to understand what your data may be telling you, what deserves attention first, and what to do next.
How to choose support.
The Data Review is the foundation. The main difference between packages is how much support you want after the review.
Which package should I choose?
Most people should start with the Data Review & Blueprint if they want a complete interpretation and an 8–12 week plan. Choose Blueprint + Strategy Session if you want to talk through the results live. Monthly coaching is best for people who want ongoing implementation and adjustments.
Can I start with quick insights and upgrade later?
Yes. That is the preferred path for many people. You can start by submitting data, receive 1–2 quick observations, and then decide whether you want the full Data Review & Blueprint or additional support.
Can I add coaching after the Data Review & Blueprint?
Yes. You can start with the one-time review and add a strategy session or monthly coaching later if it makes sense.
How is training delivered during monthly coaching?
Monthly coaching includes training delivered through a dedicated app, along with ongoing coaching support and program adjustments based on goals, capacity, recovery, and progress.
Why is monthly coaching consult-first?
Monthly coaching requires a good fit between your goals, expectations, schedule, and support needs. A consult helps confirm whether ongoing coaching is the right next step.
What this is—and is not.
B&G Wellness Collective provides educational and coaching-based support, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
Is this medical advice?
No. This is educational and coaching-based. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace care from your healthcare provider.
Can you help if I have an injury or limitation?
We can modify training and coaching recommendations around known limitations, but injuries and medical conditions should be evaluated and managed by an appropriate healthcare professional. We can coordinate our coaching recommendations around the guidance you receive from your provider.
Can programs be adjusted for pain, mobility limits, or recovery issues?
Yes. Training and lifestyle recommendations can be adjusted for mobility, recovery, training history, capacity, and current constraints. The goal is realistic progress, not forcing a generic plan.
Should I submit urgent medical concerns through the Start Here form?
No. Urgent medical concerns, symptoms, medication questions, abnormal lab findings requiring medical interpretation, or medical emergencies should be directed to your healthcare provider or emergency services.
