    Many clients already have wearable data, training history, or past labs. We work with what you have and only recommend additional testing if it meaningfully improves decision-making—not simply to collect more data.

  • Most people begin with a one-time Data Review & Blueprint.

    You’ll complete a secure intake and upload any lab work or wearable data you have. From there, we review how your data works together and provide clear priorities for the next phase. If ongoing coaching makes sense, that can be added later.

  • No. This service is educational and coaching-based.

    We focus on interpreting health and performance data to guide training, recovery, and lifestyle decisions. Medical diagnosis and treatment should always be handled by your healthcare provider.

  • We regularly work with data from Garmin, Oura, Apple Watch, WHOOP, Fitbit, Polar, and similar platforms.

    If you don’t see your device listed, that’s usually not a problem. The focus is on patterns and trends, not the brand of the device.

  • If you choose Blueprint + Monthly Coaching, training is delivered through a dedicated app.

    Your program is adjusted based on your data, feedback, and capacity—not on a pre-written, static model. You’ll receive setup instructions after enrollment.

  • Yes.

    All recommendations are adapted to your current abilities, injury history, and constraints. The goal is to create progress you can sustain—not push through issues that compromise long-term health.
