Who This Is For
Most clients work with us remotely. For individuals based in New York City, we offer the option to incorporate in-person coaching and guided testing support when it adds meaningful value.
These services are designed to complement your personalized Blueprint and ongoing coaching—not replace them. All decisions are guided by your data, goals, and what will be most effective for you.
In-Person Training & Assessment (NYC Only)
An Add-On to Your Existing Program
In-person training is available to NYC-based clients as an add-on to their selected package.
Sessions are used to apply your data-informed program in a hands-on setting, with a focus on execution, progression, and real-world coaching.
In-person training may include:
Movement and technique assessment
Individualized strength training sessions
Coaching through key lifts or conditioning work
Translating data insights into practical, in-gym execution
Frequency:
In-person sessions are typically scheduled once or twice per week, based on your goals, availability, and what will be most effective.
Pricing:
In-person training is priced separately and added on top of your selected package.
Testing Support & Coordination
Organized, Guided, and Interpreted With You
When additional data would meaningfully improve decision-making, we can help organize appropriate testing and guide you through the process.
For NYC-based clients, this may include in-person support before, during, or after testing to ensure everything is clear, efficient, and properly integrated into your plan.
Testing support may include:
Determining which tests are appropriate (and which are not)
Coordinating logistics and local options
Walking you through testing in person when applicable
Reviewing results together and applying them to your program
We do not sell or perform medical testing directly. Our role is to ensure testing is purposeful and that results are interpreted and applied correctly.
Types of Testing We May Help Coordinate
Depending on your goals and existing data, this may include:
Laboratory testing
Blood panels or related diagnostics are completed through third-party providers.
Body composition testing
DEXA or professional-grade body composition assessments when useful.
Cardiorespiratory fitness testing
VO₂max or aerobic fitness testing through reputable local facilities.
Strength or performance assessment
May be coordinated locally or performed during in-person sessions when appropriate.
Testing is never required and is recommended only when it adds clear value.
