In-Person Support for NYC-Based Clients.

For clients in New York City, B&G Wellness Collective can add hands-on coaching, movement assessment, and testing coordination to the same data-driven process used with all clients.

Educational and coaching-based. Not medical diagnosis or treatment.

Best first step

Start with your data.

Before deciding whether you need in-person support or more testing, send what you already have. We’ll help identify the clearest next step.

  • Labs or bloodwork
  • Wearable trends
  • Training history
  • Body composition or performance testing
NYC support optional Remote-first available
How NYC support fits

In-person work is added only when it improves the plan.

The foundation is still data review, clear priorities, and practical coaching. NYC-based services are an optional layer for clients who benefit from hands-on instruction, movement assessment, or guided testing coordination.

1

Review the data

We start with labs, wearable trends, training history, goals, and context.

2

Identify the priority

We clarify what matters most before adding more testing or support.

3

Add NYC support

In-person coaching or testing support is added when it creates value.

Hands-on coaching

Apply your plan with better execution.

In-person sessions can help refine movement quality, strength training technique, conditioning execution, and progression.

  • Technique and movement feedback
  • Strength and conditioning sessions
  • Training adjustments based on your Blueprint
Movement assessment

Clarify what may be limiting progress.

For some clients, hands-on assessment helps identify gaps in mobility, strength, control, or training execution.

  • Movement quality review
  • Strength or capacity limitations
  • Practical training modifications
Testing coordination

Use testing only when it answers a useful question.

We can help determine whether additional testing would improve decision-making, then help you interpret the results.

  • Labs through third-party providers
  • DEXA or body composition testing
  • VO₂max or performance testing
Testing support

More testing is not always better.

Testing should clarify a decision. It should not create another dashboard to manage. When additional testing is useful, we help you think through what is appropriate and how to apply the results to your Blueprint or coaching plan.

Good fit if

NYC support may help when execution is the limiting factor.

  • You want coaching while implementing your Blueprint.
  • You are unsure whether you are performing movements correctly.
  • You need help building confidence with strength or conditioning work.
  • You want occasional in-person support while continuing remotely.
Not required

You do not need to live in NYC to work with us.

Most clients can work with us remotely. NYC-based support is optional and only recommended when it meaningfully improves the process.

The best first step is still the same: start with your existing data and goals.

Common questions

Before you start

Do I need to be a current client to use NYC support?

NYC support works best when it is built around your Blueprint or coaching plan. Start with the data review process first, then add in-person support if it makes sense.

Do you perform bloodwork, DEXA, or VO₂max testing directly?

No. Testing is completed through third-party providers or local facilities. We help determine what may be useful and how to interpret the results.

Is in-person training required?

No. Most clients can work with us remotely. NYC support is optional.
